I don’t usually make work based on myself, at least I haven’t for a long time. I got myself in a depressive, anxious state which sometimes I find so hard to snap out of. I have been on a self love journey for a long time and sometimes it’s not always a smooth ride, I’d slipped back into some old unhealthy habits of telling myself I’m no good. Loving yourself is the most powerful kind of love, while being kind to others is important it’s much more important to be kind to yourself. You are the most important person in your life. I hope this week brings everyone some sort of joy, I love you.
