Last week I was invited to discover Norton Grounds which is a private family run Cotswold estate & just the most perfect destination for those seeking a tranquil escape. Set in the most beautiful surroundings, Norton Grounds is a place to step away from the everyday and make time for yourself. I truly switched off, slowed down and immersed myself in their Wednesday Wellness program where I was treated to the most beautiful sound therapy with @caroleloveenergyworker & gentle yoga with Barney. The @thesteamypheasant_saunas were also on hand with their cold plunge & sauna for those that wanted it. Norton Grounds also offer retreats and day workshops (check out their website) & Retreat Leaders can hire the space to host their own events and experiences. And, if you fancy staying a little longer, like me, there are the most beautiful self catering holiday cottages/barns which are perfect for a relaxing Cotswold getaway. Oh, and it’s also the most gorgeous wedding venue… one I’m definitely keeping in mind for the future! So, if you love The Cotswolds, need a little reset, some tranquility, or even a base to explore the region further I definitely recommend it! #thecotswolds #resetandrecharge #cotswoldlife #wellbeingwednesday #healthandwellnessjourney
