Could not bring this beauty home 😞 I did not check a bag and the airport said it could be a weapon! So sad

Spicy Ramen Noodles With Juicy Ribeye 🍜🥩
Recipe ⬇️

Creamy, spicy Buldak ramen noodles paired with a perfectly seared, buttery ribeye cooked to medium-rare perfection. This combination is absolutely ridiculous!

Ribeye Steak
1 thick-cut ribeye steak
Favorite steak seasoning
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, smashed
Fresh rosemary
Fresh thyme
1 tbsp olive oil

Creamy Spicy Ramen
2 packages Buldak ramen
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 egg yolks
1–2 Buldak spicy sauce packets
Ramen seasoning packets
¼ cup reserved ramen water

Directions
Season ribeye generously. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat and sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until a deep crust forms.

Add butter, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Transfer skillet to a 275°F oven and cook until steak reaches 125–130°F internally. Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Cook Buldak ramen according to package instructions, reserving some hot noodle water.

Whisk mayonnaise, garlic, egg yolks, spicy sauce and seasoning packets together. Slowly mix in hot ramen water until smooth and creamy.

Toss cooked noodles in the sauce off the heat, adding more ramen water as needed.

Serve with sliced ribeye and enjoy!
