Mac & Cheese 16 oz cavatappi pasta 4 tbsp butter 4 tbsp flour 12 oz evaporated milk 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 12 oz Colby Jack 8 oz sharp cheddar 8 oz mozzarella 4 oz Fontina 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp Dijon mustard ½ tsp chicken bouillon Salt & black pepper Reserved pasta water Fried Chicken 2 lb chicken tenderloins 2 cups buttermilk 2 tbsp hot sauce 2 cups flour ½ cup cornstarch 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder & cayenne Salt & black pepper Oil for frying Nashville Hot Oil ½ cup hot frying oil 2 tbsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp brown sugar 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp chili powder ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt Directions Cook pasta 1–2 minutes shy of al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water. Melt butter, whisk in flour and cook 1–2 minutes. Slowly add evaporated milk, cream, milk and seasonings. Simmer until slightly thickened. Reduce heat to low and melt in 16 oz of the shredded cheese. Reserve the other 16 oz for layering. Fold in pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed to keep it extra creamy. Layer half the mac in a baking dish, add 6 oz reserved cheese, then remaining mac and 10 oz cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, then broil 1–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 30 minutes. Mix flour, cornstarch and seasonings, then coat chicken thoroughly. Fry chicken at 350°F for 4–6 minutes until crispy and 165°F internally. Combine Nashville hot oil spices in a heatproof bowl. Carefully pour ½ cup hot frying oil over the spices and stir until combined. Brush or toss the fried chicken in Nashville hot oil, then pile it over the baked mac and cheese. I think my smile says it all🥹❤️ Pure happiness. Pure gratitude. And a moment I wish I could hold on to forever. HYROX Hamburg — what a weekend!🖤 🥇 1st place in the Singles Challenger 🎟️ Qualified for the Elite 15 in London 🔥 4th place in my very first Elite Doubles race Looking at these results, I couldn’t be happier. But what made this weekend so special goes far beyond rankings, times, or podium finishes. It’s the people🫶🏽 The ones who believe in me, support me, push me, and celebrate these moments with me. Whether you were right there in Hamburg or cheering me on from home — I felt every bit of that support. Feeling the love and belief from @adidastraining , @blackroll , @esncom , and this incredible HYROX community honestly means more to me than I can put into words. I’m leaving Hamburg with so much positive energy, motivation, and confidence. But also with some valuable lessons and a clear picture of where I currently stand. Because as happy as I am with these results, I know there’s still so much room to grow. This weekend was also an important opportunity to see how the work with @osse205 an @smart_athlet is paying off, what we’ve already improved, and where we need to keep pushing over the next weeks and months. Proud of how far I’ve come. Grateful for everyone who’s part of this journey. And even more excited for what’s ahead. London, here we come🚀❤️ #behappy #beproud
