Autumn rituals: how I put the greenhouse to bed ๐Ÿ‚ AD| lโ€™m always pulled back into the greenhouse at this time of year. To tidy away the last of the summer crops and to bring in the pelargoniums. I like to escape for a bit of me time, light a little candle at the same time each afternoon and relax. Afternoon tea in the greenhouse has become the ritual I look forward to most, with @ancientandbrave True Collagen stirred into my mug. Type 1 hydrolysed peptides, tasteless so it just dissolves - my daily ritual to support my whole body as we head into winter. Small rituals, done with intention ๐ŸคŽ Whatโ€™s the ritual youโ€™re holding onto right now? Please use CLAIRESMITH for 20% off your first order โ˜บ๏ธ #ad #ancientandbrave #slowliving #midlife
This Is NOT Normal Ramen ๐Ÿœ Recipe โฌ‡๏ธ I used @otoki_global Cheesy Ramen and topped it with juicy garlic Parmesan steak bites tossed in a buttery garlic sauce with fresh parsley, lemon, and real Parmigiano Reggiano. This might be one of the best ramen combinations Iโ€™ve ever made! Garlic Parmesan Steak Bites 1ยฝ lb ribeye or NY strip steak 2 tbsp olive oil Your favorite steak seasoning 4 tbsp unsalted butter 5 garlic cloves, minced ยฝ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice ยฝ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Creamy Cheesy Ramen 1 package OTOKI Cheesy Ramen 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 egg yolks OTOKI cheese seasoning packet Reserved ramen water Directions Cut steak into bite-sized cubes, season generously with your favorite steak seasoning, and toss until evenly coated. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 1โ€“2 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet. Reduce heat to low and melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 30โ€“60 seconds. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes until combined. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic Parmesan butter until fully coated. Finish with additional freshly grated Parmesan. Cook OTOKI Cheesy Ramen according to package instructions, reserving about ยฝ cup of hot ramen water before draining. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, egg yolks, and the cheese seasoning packet. Slowly add a little hot ramen water while whisking until smooth and creamy. Add cooked ramen to the cheese mixture off the heat, tossing until evenly coated. Add more reserved ramen water as needed for a silky sauce. Plate the cheesy ramen, pile the garlic Parmesan steak bites on top, and finish with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley! #steak #ramen #cheesyramen #garlicparmesan #cheesyramenpartner
