### Movie Summary

Set in 1986 Madras, Baththa revolves around Baththavachalam, popularly known as Baththa, a feared local gangster who has built a reputation for his violent nature and dominance. People around him are terrified of his presence, and he lives a life where everyone follows his orders.

However, his life takes an unexpected turn when an eight-year-old boy named Sabari accidentally locks him inside a school restroom. A powerful gangster who usually controls everyone suddenly finds himself helpless, trapped in a small room without freedom.

As the situation develops, Baththa and Sabari begin forming an unusual friendship. Through their interactions, the film slowly reveals Baththa's emotional side, his family relationships and the softer human being hidden behind his gangster image.
