Third marathon of the year, first time running @nycmarathon and easily one of the best experiences of my life.

Spent months training for this thing, but somewhere along the way life got insanely busy, my mental health took a hit, and I realized I needed to change my expectations.

So I said screw the finish time, ran almost the entire race with my best friend, made some ridiculous content, somehow ended up with three cigarettes, and had the time of my life.

My knee hated me, but I wouldn’t change a thing.

Sometimes you just have to stop taking yourself so seriously and enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build.

You only get one first NYC Marathon. Glad I did mine this way. ❤️

Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself ✨️♥️

I’ve been sharing the routines with you guys for years but here is my black book. And yes I swear by all of it. Comment ABS and I’ll send you the protocol. 🫶🏽💌🥰

😳Blooper and Behind the scenes. During this take we both started laughing, but somehow we kept it moving. Yes Zara yawned during the rehearsal🤣 #dad #daughter #funnyreels

Dr. Umar has something to say after the Democrats’ big election wins!

He took to social media to share a message with the Blk community, raising questions about politics, voting and what these victories actually mean for our community

But is he making some valid points, or do y’all see things differently? 👀💭

What’s your take on his message?
