AC Milan are set to switch from PUMA to the Three Stripes from the 2028/29 season, according to a new report from La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The ten-year agreement is reportedly worth €50 million per season, which would make it the biggest deal with a technical sponsor in Italian football.

The move would bring Milan and adidas back together after a decade apart, with PUMA supplying the club’s kits since 2018. Their last partnership stretched across 20 years, seeing two Champions League triumphs and some of the most iconic teams to ever grace San Siro.

adidas and Milan kits from the mid-2000s have been synonymous with some of the game’s greatest players, including Kaká, Maldini and Seedorf, many of which remain grails for fans around the world.

With a treasure trove of archives to pull from, Milan and adidas rejoining forces should give the game plenty to look forward to.

Whilst the news has yet to be officially confirmed by adidas or the club, keep it locked to VERSUS for further updates.
