Parent Collective

Regardless of who you voted for in this presidential election, I think we can all agree that our children deserve to be protected, and social media companies are not concerned with child safety. That’s why we are fighting for Sammy’s Law that will require that any social media platform that has children on it allows (if the parents wish) for integration with 3rd party safety software. This would allow the parents to be alerted if their children are being approached about drugs, sextortion or being bullied. If we had been able to use 3rd party safety software we would have known that dealer had reached out to Sammy and he would have never taken the fentanyl laced drugs that killed him.
