When we decided to do this together, we set the intention that we were going to have fun and enjoy ourselves. And we were delighted to be blessed with the most excellent bunch of Homo sapiens. Turns out moving your body with nice people, shifting stagnant energy, eating good food and enjoying sunshine and sea is great for the soul. WHO KNEW?! Lets do more of this next year please! My heart needs it.
