Got some unexpected early season snow in the valley. PastOurPrimePark Sessions are now up and running, albeit over some grass and other shrubbery. Bring a shovel or at least be ready to use one of ours if you want to ride

We live fast: sports, flights, constant travel. Every hotel we stayed in made us choose between luxury and recovery. So we’re building the place we always wanted: Matahari Wellness Escapes, in Uluwatu. Sleep-first suites, a recovery tech in every room, hot & cold therapy, chlorine-free saltwater. Now we’re opening the project to a small group of partners. Comment BALI and we’ll send you everything 🍃

Circadian lighting that follows the sun, full blackout, a room set to your temperature, and blue-light glasses by the bed.

From the floor plan to the finished room. Walk into one of the eight.

Red and near-infrared light, not just a mask. All of it is already in your room, with no booking and no waiting. Pack a swimsuit. That’s it.

6°C plunge. 90°C sauna. Right next to each other, so you can go back and forth.

We know what it’s like when your skin reacts to everything. So everything that touches you here is gentle.

Uluwatu. Where the world’s wellness travelers already come.

We fell for this view on day one. Your guests will too.

Not just investors. Partners who believe wellness is the future of travel.

We’re selecting a small group of partners to build Matahari with us. Comment BALI to get the details.

I told you there was more….🩸ESTRUS tour continues in the US next year. Let’s get crazy or something🍸🥩 Pre-sale begins this Wednesday, Nov 4 at 10am local time. Sign up for presale at tove-lo.com

ad One morning doing my makeup I looked in the mirror and thought, you look SO tired 😩 Dull, dry, no glow.

Three kids, a house move and never being the best sleeper will do that... and I’m not getting any younger either. 😂

My mum has been taking @elavatesuperfoods for ages and kept telling me to try it, so I finally gave it a try. I’m not very good at sticking to things, but a scoop of vanilla in my morning smoothie has actually stuck.

A few months in, my skin looks more hydrated, I look less tired around the eyes and my hair feels softer. I even ache a little less after my long runs 🏃‍♀️ - it’s not a miracle worker, but I’ll take it.

They’ve got a 90-day money back guarantee and always have an offer on. The link is in my bio @katie_ellison ✨
