Ground to Sound Film & Art Festival

Our writers’ workshop at @kingsbooks truly demonstrated how powerful our words can be, particularly in the wake of change and impact. A special shoutout to @creativecolloquy and @joythealchemist for their remarkable partnership and leadership, encouraging local writers and creatives to find their literary voice! 📓 ‘Twas a nourishing evening for all, especially because we officially announced our call for literary submissions! 👀

Hosted by Creative Colloquy, this contest invites writers to submit their best works of flash fiction or poetry, exploring the intricate connection between the bustling Tacoma landscape and its unique watersheds. The interplay of city and sea has inspired countless stories, and we are eager to showcase unique perspectives on this dynamic relationship. 🪶

ALL submissions are due Friday, December 6th, by midnight. 🌙 Visit the link in our bio to view submission requirements!
