We’ve got an opening at the lodge for Thanksgiving weekend! Make some great memories this holiday while you relax by the fireplace, enjoy the sauna & hot tub, and take in the Northwoods scenery. The lodge can sleep up to 11 guests and has two fully equipped kitchens for all your cooking needs.

Issa Anak Nikita Willy Saat Berdoa Sebelum Tidur: “Ya Allah Lindunginya Issa Dari Pajak Yang Gembul”
“...Life is precious. No one can cuddle a cherished newborn baby, look into those beautiful eyes, feel the little fingers, and caress that miraculous creation without deepening reverence for life and for our Creator. Life comes from life...innocent life is not sent by Him to be destroyed! This doctrine is not of me, but is that of the Living God and of His divine Son...” - Russel M. Comment APP for the FULL pelvis “UNTWISTING” Tutorial to get your ABS 🔥 back! Ladies, if you’re ONLY training your abs for that stubborn belly, look a little LOWER. 👇 Your PELVIS is BIG part of the picture. Your abs attach to your pelvis and rib cage. Their position relative to one another influences the length-tension relationships of your abs and the way you’re able to manage intra-abdominal PRESSURE. Plus a bunch of other things. We need to consider the POSITION you’re asking your ABS to work from, as it influences your ability to build STRENGTH. Remember: your core is MORE than just a bunch of muscles. It functions as a coordinated PRESSURE SYSTEM 🔥! Your diaphragm, abs, and pelvic floor work together as you breathe, move, and lift. If you’re navigating: ➡️ A persistent lower belly pooch ➡️ Diastasis ➡️ Difficulty connecting with your abs ➡️ Pelvic floor tightness or weakness ➡️ Butt gripping Your training DESERVES to consider the whole system! #workoutsforwomen #coreexercises #pelvicfloorexercises #postpartumfitness
