It's tempting to avoid showing my wrinkles on my legs and arms and not put on bathers, swimmers, a cossie, togs, but it's really hot and I want to go for a swim. So I remind myself, I don't have to earn the right to swim by looking good enough in bathers. Put those bathers on, go for a swim, get cool.

13 years in this sport. And I finally get to hold this. 🏆
I’m so used to looking at photos of myself and finding something that needs improving.

Looking at these, I want to give myself a moment before I start doing that again.

I remember how badly I wanted to be in this position. The shows I left disappointed. Going home, questioning myself, then deciding to try again without knowing how it would end.

Yesterday, I finally earned my IFBB Pro card.

And today, I want to let myself be happy about it.

Celebrate with my wife. Read your messages. Thank the people who believed in me through the preparations that didn’t end like this.

I’m still figuring out what comes next. There are questions I was asking myself before this show that I don’t have all the answers to yet.

But I don’t need to figure everything out today.

Today, I’m proud of myself. And grateful I get to share this moment with my wife @paulina.smag 🥂

You’re welcome.

Quick stop at the top, you coming??

Final tune-up in NYC. 😮‍💨

@yemancrippa is no stranger to 26.2. The first Italian to win the marathon in Paris, he clocked a phenomenal 2:05.18 PB to take the win earlier this year. 🥇

In New York, he’s set to make his debut – fully focused and ready to race with the same relentless drive that led him to the podium in Paris.

Vai, Yeman. 🇮🇹
