Thank you college football, from a small town kid on the biggest stage!
It really hasn’t hit home yet that I will never strap up my pads again, but I’ve loved every damn second of this long journey. 19 years of football, just typing that sentence blows my mind. I will never be able to repay the sacrifices my family, friends, teammates, trainers and coaches have made for me to get this far; but damn am I thankful for all of you.
Yea, we didn’t get the result we wanted. But I’m grateful to end my career at the National Championship, and wouldn’t have it any other way with this group of guys.
