All you need is:
1 puff pastry sheet roll
Pumpkin-apple jam or other flavor
Eggwash

For the icing sugar:
100g powdered sugar
Lemon juice
(Slowly add a bit of lemon juice to the powdered sugar until it has a thick, runny consistency)

Prepare as seen in the video and
bake for 12-15 minutes at 200°C
