If you live near Atlanta ISDD is an awesome nonprofit working with grandparents with health concerns who have custody of their grandchildren. They have an Adopt-a-Family​ program that I do each year and they make it super easy! Just google “ISDD Adopt-a-Family​“ to learn more!
