Big news: a massive Blue tsunami is building as Democrats score their first major Senate flip with Roy Cooper crushing it in North Carolina, Shapiro cruising to re-election in Pennsylvania, and key Florida holds by Moskowitz and Castor blunting GOP redistricting. And that’s not all.
5 health ‘hacks’ I don’t believe in or truely just think are overrated ➡️ If you need a ring or number to tell you slept badly, you’re not optimising… You’ve just outsourced the one sensor you were born with. Use the data to learn, not to decide how you feel. Gentle movement has its place. But your body still needs to be able to jump, sprint, lift and land, otherwise it slowly forgets how to. If your bedtime routine has 11 steps, it’s actually just keeping you up. A dark room, that’s nice and cool and aim for bed at the same time each night 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ice baths, massage guns and compression boots are nice but sleep is free. If your sleep sucks, just start there. It’s the most important tool for recovery. Sunlight, lemon water, journaling, breathwork… by the time you finish, the day’s over 😂 Pick one & start your day!
Drop a comment below 👇🏼 and lmk the thoughts that keep you up at night! I’m here for you! @canyonranchaustin I’ll see you next week. I’m so grateful for the connection. Come as you are. That’s a perfect place to start. (Also obsessed w this song rn, so you’ll be hearing it a lot 😂)
