Are humans designed to eat meat? NO. It's not compatible with our Frugivore physiology. Here's 2 reasons why: 🔹 #1: Zero Carbs = Zero Real Fuel Our bodies run on carbs and glucose. Meat has literally 0 carbs. So where’s the energy supposed to come from? 🔹 #2: No Fiber = No Gut Health Your gut microbiome feeds on fiber — and guess how much is in meat? None. No fiber = poor digestion, sluggish gut, and yep… dry, hard torpedoes 💩 🔥 Humans are biologically built for a fruit-based, fiber-rich lifestyle. Meat just doesn’t fit. ⸻ 🍉 That’s why I created my VIP Community + Frugivore Diet Course — to help you fuel your body the way nature intended. All backed with the latest science. If you’re ready to feel energized, improve digestion, and thrive on a vibrant, fruit-powered lifestyle — this is your sign. 👇 Comment “COURSE” below and I’ll message you the details, OR 🔗 Click the link in my bio to join us today. #rawtill4 #veganfacts #fruitbaseddiet
I guess you could call this princess peach meets bunny girl since I don’t really know how else you could describe this outfit lol. 😅 The last time I posted it here was exactly two years ago today so I figured it was the prefect time to do it again. ☺️ Hopefully you guys will still like it as much as you did back then though. ❤️ Tomorrow is Halloween so I hope you all have fun plans! . . . . #trans selfies #girlnextdoor #transgirl
Comment ‘skincare’ and I’ll send you this week’s @workinghardpod Future Self Series episode with @natalieoneill, all about reverse engineering your best skin for your future self! The beauty industry is constantly telling us there’s something new we need to buy, try or fix. But what if the smarter approach is to work backwards: figure out the skin you want long term, understand what actually gets you there, and skip the products and treatments you don’t need. That’s exactly what episode 10 of the Future Self Series is about. Natalie takes us through what really works, including: - Why a moisturiser isn’t good enough for hydration - Everything you need to try before deciding to get Botox - The truth about retinoids - Natalie’s ride or die routine & products We also talk about SPF, the habits that make the biggest difference over time, and have a really honest conversation about Botox, (without the pressure or judgement that usually comes with it!!) If you’ve ever spent a small fortune on skincare and wondered whether any of it was working, I think you’ll like this one!

🧅 Interesting fact: ⠀ Shrek (2001) — Produced by DreamWorks Animation, this groundbreaking animated fantasy-comedy film follows a grumpy, reclusive ogre whose peaceful swamp is suddenly overrun by displaced fairy tale creatures, forcing him on a quest with a talkative Donkey to rescue Princess Fiona for a corrupt lord. They navigate enchanted forests, dragon-guarded castles, and royal kingdoms, facing the chaotic and hilarious challenges that arise as their journey turns their worldview upside down. ⠀ One interesting production fact is that Mike Myers originally recorded all of his dialogue for Shrek with a traditional Canadian accent before re-recording the entire role using a Scottish brogue to give the character a more working-class, grounded feel. Additionally, the film’s animators had to develop entirely new software to realistically render the movement of Shrek’s signature mud baths and organic clothing textures. ⠀ What makes Shrek stand out is its fearless subversion of classic fairy tale tropes, sharp satirical humor, and its perfect balance of juvenile gags with sophisticated adult wit. The film blends elements of fantasy adventure, romantic comedy, and musical parody, exploring themes such as inner beauty, societal acceptance, and true identity. Its enduring legacy lies in how it revolutionized computer-animated storytelling and created a cultural phenomenon that remains beloved worldwide.
