LAST DAY OF 2024 - EIGHT OF SWORDS
First half of 2024 was intense and messy and crazy, with living at least two lives in two cities, both new to me, needing to move several times while constantly working and/or being on the road. My health and my nervous system were giving signs that this is all too much and that I needed to stop before my body stops me. Also, I just wanted to stop.
My body is so wise (and unapologetic), always reminding me if something is wrong and I don’t take good care.
Since July I took a step back to reconnect with what truly matters, to get out of the loop, to purge and to cleanse, to find new ground under my feet, to give time to understand where I come from and where I wish to go on. I am so grateful I could take this step and for all the support I got from my family, friends and mentors. Let’s make health, slowing down and mutual care a number one priority in this idontevenknowhowtodescribe fckdup world.
