A different colour every day, the same festive joy within. Dressing up, soaking in the Diwali energy, and filling my heart with love, laughter and a little too much mithai. ✨🪔

So excited to be in Dakar with my class of 2023 and opening ceremony tonight 🫶🩷 @olympics

You're all doing great!

my first time choreographing solo at wenzdays, and my first time choreographing/teaching in KOREA!!!

i’ve never really thought of myself as a choreographer. after retiring from directing @samahangmodern, i think i made only 3 pieces in the 2.5 years before this

as an organizer and producer, it’s been even easier to put myself in a box and limit what i think i’m capable of

this experience was healing in so many ways, and I can’t even speak to how much of an honor it was to create in the space after @ian_eastwood @larkinpoynton @rosathomford @jimmyreallly…. legends and giants fr

WENZDAYS has truly democratized the choreography process and im going to work endlessly to make sure more and more people get to feel this feeling 🫶

thank you to @wenzdays_iykyk, @j2_y0on, @yoozinooo, @chang.__.ing, @gaexxn, @haenihaenihaeni for the trust and for the hard work of curating such a special space.

@ian_eastwood you already know

anyways, many more pieces to come… maybe even one this wenzday?? 👀
