MY THOUGHTS I genuinely had to look twice at this one. Finding châteaux with this level of architectural detail, extraordinary outbuildings and beautiful grounds, without spending several million euros, is becoming harder and harder. And then along comes this one. €1.5 million. Quite extraordinary. Those wrought-iron gates, the tree-lined approach, beautifully carved wood panelling, marble fireplaces, that staircase and even a moat! But what I love most is the entire architectural ensemble. There is just so much character here, and so much worth preserving. Of course, renovation is needed, and an estate of this scale is no small undertaking. But with approximately 16 hectares (almost 40 acres) near Vendôme, I think this is a rather special find. A remarkable restoration opportunity, listed with Junot Chateaux & Heritage €1.5M LOCATION Fréteval, Loire et Cher MORE INFO 1. Ensure you are following the account 2. Comment CHATEAU below 3. i am still here #BTS is a globally renowned South Korean boy band formed in 2013 by Big Hit Entertainment. The group consists of seven members—RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—who are known for blending pop, hip-hop, and R&B with meaningful lyrics about youth, identity, and mental health. They rose from humble beginnings to become one of the biggest music acts in the world, earning international awards, topping global charts, and building a massive fanbase called ARMY.

HU Staff: Ariela Anís @ari.anis N.O.R.E. pulled up on NYC content creator SOBER FACTS, real name Jason Rodriguez, and checked him over their longstanding issues stemming from the influencer’s use of the n-word. The food reviewer is of Dominican descent and is based out of Corona, Queens, nearby Noreaga’s LeFrak City neighborhood. ___________________________________________________ Now, in a video posted to Upper Cut Podcast’s YouTube on June 16, 2026, SOBER FACTS revealed their issues stemmed from his use of the n-word. He said N.O.R.E. — who is of Puerto rican and African American descent — checked the influencer about it and their back-and-forth began. He said N.O.R.E. told him that their issues could be squashed if SOBER FACTS simply stops using the n-word. However, the content creator opted against obliging to the rapper’s wishes. By September 2, 2026, SOBER FACTS — who prides himself on not drinking, smoking, etc. — posted a video outside of N.O.R.E.’s old apartments and continued to slam him for “drinking, smoking, and self-destructing.” ___________________________________________________ On Saturday (October 31), SOBER FACTS was g-checked by N.O.R.E. in person. He uploaded a video of the rapper popping up on him as he filmed outside a restaurant in NYC. In the video, N.O.R.E. aired out his grievances and SOBER FACTS simply listened and watched, stunned. Hours after the N.O.R.E. confrontation, SOBER FACTS uploaded another video, this time, he was amped up and going off on the rapper. ___________________________________________________ Click the link in bio for full story 📸 @soberfacts / @uppercut.podcast
