Imagine walking into The Matrix with no idea what the red pill does 😳🍿 Dutch cinema chain Pathé is going to try to make that happen. Its new experiment, Pathé REWIND, will see 30 film fans hypnotized in an attempt to make them forget a movie they already love, so they can watch it again as if it were brand new. The group picked from four titles: La La Land, Interstellar, Se7en and The Matrix. Pathé will screen the most popular choice for everyone on November 9 at Pathé Buitenhof in The Hague, after hypnotherapist Victor Kraemer puts them under, once in an online session beforehand and again right before the movie starts 🤯 Pathé isn’t promising it’ll work, calling it an experiment, but participants will get to watch a classic on the big screen either way. Which movie would you erase from your memory to watch fresh? 👇
Excited to share more about my character, “Barbara,” in La Mia Storia Con Te, coming to theaters across Italy on November 5th! 🇮🇹🎬 @la.mia.storia.con.te

The connection between inflammation and mental health is well established. If we want to teach people to get the root cause of any mental health symptom, we have to teach people how to reduce inflammation in the body. Nutrition, movement, and sleep are some of the most important ways to do this. What we often over look is how deception and repression can trigger inflammatory responses. When we’re not honest or when we repress our true emotions or needs for extended periods of time, we trigger both a psychological and physiological stress responses linked to inflammatory markers. Ways to lower inflammation through honesty: 1. When you’re not fine, don’t say you are: Be honest about how you feel, if you’re upset, and how someone impacted you 2. Stop saying yes when you mean no: Every time you override your own limits to keep the peace, your body pays the price. 3. Admit when you’re tired: Rest isn’t something you have to earn, and pushing when you’re exhaustion can be a form of self deception. 4. Tell the truth about what you need: Asking for help, space, or reassurance is better than hoping people guess and resenting them when they don’t. 5. Stop performing happiness: Constantly managing how you’re perceived to others is exhausting and keeps you disconnected from how you actually feel. 6. Be honest with *yourself* about what’s draining you: A relationship, a job, a habit. You can’t change what you won’t name. #selfhealers
