A Complete Unknown is out in theaters now! This was definitely the top highlight of 2024. It was an honor to play drummer Bobby Gregg in a credited role supporting Timothée Chalamet as Bob Dylan and directed by James Mangold! Very surreal…and yeahh I’m rocking a fake mustache and goatee 😅 Major props to makeup artist Jess and her team for painstakingly applying this to my face each morning for 3 days of shooting during a very hot June in NJ
Shout out to the other guys in the band
@malickkoly, @andrechezlewis, @iankagey, @felixlemerle
Huge thanks to music contractor Sandy Park, music supervisor Nick Baxter and lastly our amazing production assistant @coralnaudet for everything, including taking BTS footage of us jamming with Timothée between takes
I still never found out who referred me for this to Sandy, so if you’re seeing this make yourself known!Happy New Year everyone 🍿

That’d be me who referred you—just kidding! But seriously, whoever it was, you nailed it, Jimmy! Sandy brought me on board for Luke Cage a while back. Long days, but it’s pretty cool seeing your face on TV. You’re a movie star, bro! Big thanks to whoever made it happen. And Andre Chez Lewis—my guy from way back!
