November: Men’s Mental Health Month. Too many men grow to believe that emotions are weakness, that asking for help is a sign of failure, or that they have to “man up” and deal with it alone. But the truth is opening up takes courage, not weakness. Let’s change the narrative. Talk. Listen. Check in on the men in your lives. A simple message, a catch-up, a “how are you really?” can make a difference. #menshealthmonth #mensmentalhealth #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters mentalhealthsupport speakup

10 years as a derm & still no one believes me when I say this ➡️ @dermarkologist #scars #bodyodor #skincarehacks #dermatologist If you don’t have the budget for procedures, this neck cream is the GOAT to help firm and smooth crepey appearing skin on the neck (and body!) you can fight me on this but bio oil can’t compete with silicone gel/sheets to fade scars. apply at night and always apply SPF on scars on exposed skin during the day in case no one told you, Trader Joe’s is making luxury skincare products for WAY LESS What can’t she do? heals a cut, chapped lips, dry hands, cracked heels. The list goes on! Hypochlorous acid is also elite to sanitize cuts and even makeup brushes on the go most eye creams don’t work. But this one contains thiamidol which can help lighten pigment which is a common cause of dark circles in people with deep skintones (like mine)

Inspired by the iconic 1968 Mustang California Special, reimagined for the all-electric era ⚡️ Meet the Mustang Mach-E GT California Special 🚙 Took the car out for a day on the Sea to Sky Highway with Christian and our little passenger 🐾 We had the best time exploring Squamish! The ride was SO smooth and comfortable Westley slept the entire way there! With an estimated range of up to 515 km on a full charge, it’s made for adventures a little further from home ⚡️ Such a fun car to experience. Thank you @fordcanada 💙 #MustangMachE
Mom Arrested at the point of Selling Her Baby for ₦1.5 Million cash-and-carry in Owerri A nursing mother has been arrested on Monday night, 2 of November in Owerri, Imo State, over an attempt to sell her baby for ₦1.5 million. According to Imo-based journalist Chidiebube Okeoma, he was contacted by an individual who claimed to have encountered the woman carrying a baby and heard her expressing her intention to sell the child. Okeoma said he advised the individual to pretend to be interested in purchasing the baby and arranged for them to meet at Rock View, near the Imo State Police Headquarters. He disclosed that upon arriving at the agreed location, he personally drove the woman and the individual who contacted him to the police station. During interrogation, the suspect blamed another woman, alleging that she had encouraged her to sell the baby. However, the woman accused of giving the advice denied the allegation. The nursing mother further claimed that she considered selling the child because she did not know the baby’s father and lacked the financial resources to cater for the child. Both women are in police custody as investigations into the incident continue.
