👈Last week:
The freeze slowed things down, and we only shipped crawfish early in the week. By Thursday and Friday, shipments were paused because of the cold. The crawfish were fine, just a bit sluggish in the chill, and we planned to be back to normal this week.
👇This week:
Good news! There was no damage to our farm or crawfish supply during the freeze. We checked the traps today, and everything is back to normal. The crawfish are looking amazing—hardy and beautiful for this time of year.

For people not from the south that are used to only catching maybe a small pot after an hour worth of digging under rocks in a river but in the south more specifically Louisiana we can take traps and lay them in some areas and catch sacks of crawfish with just a few traps so it’s a lot easier to collect enough for it to be worth the time
