First official trailer for “SHATTERED STREETS: Gun Violence in Southwest Philadelphia”
We explore the heart-wrenching gun violence epidemic gripping Southwest Philadelphia. Through candid interviews with rival gang members, hospital surgeons, police officers, and community leaders, we aim to uncover the root causes behind the violence that plagues specific zip codes. We dive deep into the social and economic factors driving this crisis, speak to victims and families impacted by tragedy, and investigate the city’s response to the epidemic. This documentary reveals the complex realities of survival, the human toll of violence, and the urgent need for change.
