Been trying to continue to do the things that make me the happiest. Climbing being one of the big ones!! Very grateful for the friends that have been there and checked in. Yall are HEROES. I just gotta keep making great memories with great people. Anyways here is a collection of some highlights in life recently. Also, I FINALLY saw Burros in red rock last trip. It was incredible and lifechanging

For the love of the sport that has given me so much. For the 9 other World Championships I spent so focused on outcome, medals, rankings, everything EXCEPT for the joy the lost little girl who ended up in a gym found the first time she touched a barbell. For the years taken from me when I couldn’t find joy in anything. For me & nothing else.

Entering the start of Olympic qualifications for the fourth time, but the first time letting joy lead the way. Starting this process and allowing myself to be me, to be free & to enjoy every second. One more time 🫶🏼
