1️⃣ CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP 🌯
5 oz grilled chicken
1 high-fiber tortilla
2 cups chopped romaine
2 tbsp light Caesar
2 tbsp parmesan
Crushed croutons

2️⃣ BEEFY POTATO BOWL 🥔
5 oz lean ground beef
200g roasted potatoes
1 cup broccoli
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
2 tbsp shredded cheddar
Salsa

3️⃣ TURKEY PESTO PASTA 🍝
5 oz lean ground turkey
1 serving high-protein pasta
1 tbsp pesto
1 cup spinach
½ cup cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp parmesan

That’s it 😂

Protein first ✅
Carbs still included ✅
Normal ingredients ✅
Meals I can make without turning dinner into a whole production ✅
