*Disclaimer* this man and his friend had been trying to talk to me since we both walked into the gas station at the same time. I was not interested in having a conversation. I started recording because these 2 men and I were the only ones outside of this gas station. This was friendly banter and the guy wasn’t upset. Stop being fckn poo-cs about this Anyway…happy one year to the circle k feet video #mood #daily #silly #entertainment #arizona

👇 Here’s the harsh truth PPIs like Omeprazole, Pantoprazole, and even Tums don’t actually stop reflux… they only reduce acid levels. For someone like me, whose main issue was a weak LES, PPIs barely helped. I still had reflux, heartburn, throat irritation, and heaviness in my chest. Let me explain this in a way no doctor ever explained to me… Imagine your stomach is a water bottle. And the LES is the bottle cap. If the cap is loose, the water leaks out… not because the water is “too acidic” but simply because the cap isn’t closing properly. Your LES works the same way. If it’s weak, loose, or under pressure… stomach contents can leak upward. That’s exactly why acid-reducing pills don’t truly stop reflux. For years, I didn’t understand that… and my symptoms just kept getting worse. PPIs also made me super bloated (they slow digestion), I had brain fog all day, my energy crashed, and my motivation tanked. It affected my work, my social life, everything. So I started experimenting with my meals to find relief. And that’s when I noticed something crazy… Some meals triggered nothing at all while others made me miserable One thing stood out… The texture of your meal matters as much as the food itself. When meals were too liquidy… they flowed back up easily and hit my weak LES. When meals were too dense… I’d get indigestion, heaviness, and burning. But when meals were not too runny and not too heavy… my symptoms dropped dramatically. Because the makeup of your meals also matters, and that’s different for everyone. Here’s a simple checklist to help you build your perfect reflux-friendly meal 👇 Lean Protein low-fat chicken, lean red meat, fish, tofu, vegan protein powders Good Fiber cooked carrots, peas, sweet potatoes, plus fruits like blueberries, strawberries, bananas Good Fats (small amounts) walnuts, almonds, avocado, coconut oil, olive oil Complex Carbs quinoa, oats, etc. If you’re tired of trying to figure this out alone if you want to wake up without pain, enjoy meals without fear, and finally feel normal again Comment “GUIDE” and I’ll send you the Free Guide on how
