I was trying to tell myself it was the OCD, but my brain kept saying: “What if this time is different?”

I wasn’t sure about sharing this. I had an OCD flare-up this weekend, but thankfully, I’m feeling so much better now. I managed to get through it, but when you’re in the midst of it, it can be hard to believe you’ll come out the other side. This is proof that things do get better ❤️

This is a glimpse of what living with OCD can be like for me. I talk about some of the thoughts I get stuck on and how I deal with them in my latest YouTube video.

I really hope it helps you understand yourself a little better and feel less alone if you’ve been going through something similar x

🗳️ You can budget down to the last penny, but you can’t budget your way out of every policy decision.

And a reminder: Don’t confuse party loyalty with political literacy. A letter next to someone’s name is not a résumé or moral checkmark. Research the people on your ballot. Look at their records, their policies, and the decisions they’ve made. A familiar party label doesn’t tell you everything you need to know.

Because financial literacy and political literacy go hand in hand! It means understanding not just where your money goes, but who has the power to influence how much of it you get to keep. 😉

⏰ NEW YORKERS: Polls close at 9 PM TONIGHT! If you’re in line by 9, you can still vote. Check your state’s polling hours if you’re voting elsewhere.
