Ingredients
2 (14-ounce) cans Ocean Spray jellied cranberry sauce
8 ounces Compartés chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream

Line a large cutting board (that can chill in the freezer) with parchment paper.

Cut each jellied cranberry sauce into 6 slices. Arrange the slices in a 4x3 grid on the cutting board.

Add the heavy cream to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Remove off the heat.

Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and whisk until combined. Microwave for another 30 seconds until the chocolate has a spreadable texture.

Pour the chocolate over the cranberry slices and spread in an even layer. Freeze until the chocolate is hard to the touch, at least 2 hours. Slice and serve right away or store the chunks in the freezer.
