60 khade kardete hain.

koi compulsion nahi hai ki agar aap vegan ho to body honi hi chahiye, hai to achhi baat hai par compulsion nahi hai ..
kyonki hazaro maaskhor to maine bhi dekhe hain
Jo अदरक jaisa sharir lekar ghum rahe hain..

@pratik_strength @veganwithcompassion @voiceofvegans_ @amalbubble 👏👏 ye to Sirf kuchh examples hain.. Aise hi aur bhi kai vegans hain jinka profession fitness ya bodybuilding nahi hai aur tab bhi vegan rehte hue bahut kam paiso mai ek behtareen sharir bana ke rakhte hain..

The Inspo Series. Which is your fave??! Soo this is designed to give you ideas as to what might make a good investment piece OR inspire you to dig something similar out of the wardrobe. Whilst you can’t buy these new - you CAN always scour preloved sites for them! Two of mine are preloved anyway. I WILL find other newer version of these but it’s more about inspiration than anything. Plus it’s made me very happy remembering how much I love these. Use it as your inspo to go delving into the back of the coat cupboard!

@vakil_niyaz
@vakil_niyaz
