Hey, I wanted to share my disappointment regarding the event last night. We purchased tickets based on the advertised lineup, but unfortunately, the main performances didn’t start even five hours after the event began. It’s unreasonable for a party with a main act to have doors open at 6:00 PM, yet by 11:00 PM, the main event still hadn’t started. This created a sense of disorganization and unmet expectations, which ultimately led us to leave the event feeling very disappointed. Given the circumstances, I believe a refund is warranted and would appreciate your prompt response on how to proceed with this. Thank you.
