There is no hurry to be whole, no race to the finish line of yourself, you are a process 🌈
A perpetual symphony, deepening inward, expanding upward 🪷

As a fellow pediatrician, I could not be more excited about this historic moment!

Congratulations to Dr. Annie Andrews on her incredible victory in South Carolina, becoming the first pediatrician elected to the United States Senate!

Pediatricians spend their careers advocating for children, protecting families, following the evidence, and making decisions grounded in science.

Now, that perspective will have a voice in the U.S. Senate.

At a time when science, vaccines, healthcare access, and public health are facing enormous challenges, we desperately need leaders who understand what is at stake.

Children deserve a seat at the table. Tonight, they gained a powerful advocate.

Congratulations, Senator-elect Andrews! 👏

What I would tell myself ten years ago:

* Trust the process. You need the time and the challenges to grow and become who God needs you to be ten years from now. God will do exceedingly more than you could ever dream or imagine!

* There’s no need to worry when the enemy tries to stop you because God will defeat him for you every single time!

* Stay grateful and content. Don’t get frustrated when you don’t see much progress. Your God is a God of suddenlies! There is an appointed day when He will change everything in a split second! 💥

* In the future, incredible people with pure hearts are coming into your life to help you carry out God’s mission. Don’t worry about those who left. God has far better in store!

* Keep trusting, keep obeying, and keep thanking God. The best days are ahead, and the tough days in the refining fire will all be worth it! 🔥

I’m in awe of what Jesus has done in these ten years receiving the call to be an apostle prophesied by @geordavietv. All glory to God! I’m so expectant and excited for what He will do next!
