For the past few years, I have been navigating an extremely difficult and dark chapter behind the scenes, terrified for my life. It took a tremendous toll on my physical health and well being, and affected every part of my world.

I am nearly on the other side of this three year transition and initiation. Some of the most isolating and traumatizing, yet humbling and transformative, years I’ve ever experienced. (I’ll share more when I’m ready.) But for now, I really wanted to let you all know that...

I have just finished my fourth album, titled SuperNovA ~ self-producing, self-engineering, self-writing, and self-performing, for the first time in my career.

I wrote, played, and sang for my life in this album, and it literally saved my life. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, because I had to make a choice every single day to consciously show up and surrender to the assignment that God gave me, in the midst of hardship.

Thank you deeply to everyone who contributed to this project. There is so much heart, passion, connection, and healing woven into these songs...
😮‍💨💊🙏🫂🌎

* 3-song feature / dream collaboration with shamanic medicine woman @sharethelight333
* Album mixed, mastered, and additional production by @ericjracy
* 1 song produced by my blood brother @johnnyvcrow , co-produced by @chadshlosser
* Additional production on 1 song by my very dear friend @lucianfhorofficial
* And both my cats, Freddie & Lucid, make appearances (meowing for their lives) throughout the album (they’re okay❤️‍🩹).

All I can say is holy fucking shit, we’re alive..

We love you guys. More posts to come..

P.S. Uhm, also, I just turned 40 years old, developed wrinkles, a double chin, and my hair is turning white. K bye.
