SOME NEWS 💚💛🧡
We are UNBELIEVABLY excited to announce that we are on @sohoradio tomorrow with a very special interview with the one and only, inimitable Mononeon ! We started our radio show Basspiration back in 2018 where we shed a light on the role of the bass across the genres. It was a chance to play our favourite music, discover new records, and talk to amazing and creative bass players across all disciplines about their approach to the instrument, and to life.
Last year we visited NYC for the Winter Jazz Fest, and Mononeon was one of our top people to see. He’s unique, deeply uncompromising in his vision, and a lovely and humble person. He has been a real inspiration to us for a long time and it was so cool to chat with him about his love of Dadaism and avante garde, his influences, and his family.
Tune in tomorrow from 6-8pm for a show all about that bass, including this special chat. Thank you @mononeon for giving us your time and openness, we appreciate you 🧡💛💚
An extra special thank you to @claudia_tebar and @tebarentertainment for making this happen!
