This is the update I never wanted to give.

We have been told that our baby girl will not survive past birth.

There are no words for what it feels like to carry your child, feel her move, love her more deeply every single day, and at the same time be told that the life you imagined with her may never come.

I still catch myself dreaming about bringing her home.

About holding her in her nursery.

About watching her siblings love her.

About hearing her cry, seeing her eyes open, learning who she is.

And then I remember what we have been told.

It is a kind of heartbreak I did not know existed.

But this is what I do know:

She is still here.

She is still moving.

She is still our daughter.

And I am still her mom.

So until God writes the final sentence of her story, I will keep loving her, carrying her, praying over her, and believing that every single moment with her matters.

We are asking you to please keep praying for our baby girl.

Pray for life.
Pray for strength.
Pray for peace.
Pray for a miracle.

And pray that whatever comes, we will continue to know the presence of God in a way that carries us through every second.

I may not know what tomorrow holds.

But I know who holds her.

And no diagnosis, no prognosis, and no outcome can ever change this:

She is loved beyond measure.

She is wanted.

She is ours.

And I will be her mom forever. 🤍

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.”
Jeremiah 1:5

HER NAME WAS ANITA MARIA CETINA.

She wasn’t a millionaire tech entrepreneur. She wasn’t a pilot. She wasn’t someone whose name was widely recognized.

She was a nanny. And she deserves to be remembered, too.

Anita Maria Cetina was among the nine people who tragically lost their lives aboard the Learjet that crashed in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Anita was the caregiver for 4-year-old Emma Robinson and her 2-year-old brother, Charlie. Two precious little children whose lives were tragically cut short alongside hers.

We don’t know every detail of Anita’s daily life with these children. But we do know how their family described her.

They said she cared for Emma and Charlie with tenderness and devotion, that she was truly part of their family, and that she left a legacy of unconditional love.

Much of the coverage surrounding this tragedy has been focused on the businessman, his family, and the pilots. But I don’t want Anita’s life to be reduced to a passing mention of “the nanny.”

May God comfort her family and everyone who loved her.

My go to carb sources. #Food #fitness #bodybuilding
