This conference/trade show is what mentally sparked “Making Tech Chic”. I always wore dresses and jackets and it was this event that I realized work attire in my industry had drastically changed and I needed to make some changes….especially as a gal who loved clothes!
When asked what the attire was for conferences I started saying….it’s ok to be casual but make sure it’s “tech chic”. The phrase took off throughout our teams and it brings me great joy when I hear it said!
As the Senior leader at this event I can proudly say my team made me VERY proud. They were very “ Tech Chic”. (They are also the best in the business and the last few days have reminded me just how lucky I am to be apart of my team, they continue to amaze me!).
