Witnessing my partner @katieeatsboston follow her dream and seeing her energy shift right before my eyes with her new independent baking business is electrifying and fulfilling.

Katie gave it all at her 16 year corporate job and she’s now giving it all to her own hobby-turned-full-time-jobby or experiment or whatever this magical thing is that is growing.

I’ve lived my dream already. I’m honored to assist, assemble, make occasional deliveries, or taste test as needed with whatever big or little momentum that is happening right now.
