United World Wrestling and the Kazakhstan Wrestling Federation teamed up on a first-ever pilot: bringing content creators inside Barys Arena to show the World Championships through their eyes. Warm-up rooms, walkouts, the noise of the crowd and the moments between matches. A side of wrestling most fans never get to see. Follow the creators who made it happen 👇 • @mugzybulljunk 🇺🇸 • @ramin.binyaminov 🇦🇿 • @lazik_l 🇦🇿 • @laylo_arslonbekovna 🇺🇿 • @sumyadorj.kh 🇲🇳 • @esenaliev_kanat_coach 🇰🇿 This is just the start. More to come as we build new ways to bring fans closer to the sport. 🌍
If you told 23 year old me that I’d be turning 33 without the house, the marriage, or the kids yet, I probably would’ve panicked. But waking up out here this morning, I just felt so at peace. Getting to make coffee with no rush, take care of my skin, and spending hours gluing tiny shelves together for a miniature bakery… it made me realize that life doesn’t look like the checklist I used to hold myself to, but it’s so much gentler. To anyone else quietly building their life on their own timeline: you aren’t running out of time, you’re just actually living it🫶🏼
120kg/264lbs @ 70kg/154lbs. Kinda bored of this lift but it took me so many years to achieve so feel like I gotta keep doing it to not let all that go to waste. I don’t understand how people still get so triggered by doing it with powerlifting technique, it’s not that deep but it’s good for the algorithm I guess. Currently just doing a heavy single once a week because it’s part of my personality atp Probably partly feeling this way because I really wanted to compete at nationals
