Raquel Penas Fernandez, Realtor

The Dream Team! I am excited to announce that this mother-son team has made the top 1% of Realtors in San Diego County for 2024 for the second year in a row. I couldn’t have done it without my amazing team. First, Thank you to the Best Real Estate apprentice Sebastian who at the ripe age of 19 got his license and has stepped up in a big way. He has met investors flying into town for the day, wrote offers on the road, conducted many walk throughs and scouted properties for our buyers. He is now my right hand on all day to day operations. Thank you @jessicalynnfleming for keeping us compliant, @janess41 at Oakwood Escrow @susancarroll365 and @johnnytitle with Fidelity National Title for the professional service provided to our clients. A big Thank you to @brandonmartinez247 @gullickgroup.loanofficers for qualifying and cross-qualifying our buyers. There are so many more people in a transaction who are are equally important- Jay Pete @compgeek34 and @westivy_homeinspection , thank you for ensuring our clients are buying homes and not lemons! @debilevenson is always available for the questions on home warranty coverage. Luke with @sdelevatemedia makes our listings shine with the amazing photos. And let’s not forget the long list of vendors who do all the hard work to prep the homes -painter, plumber, house cleaners, carpet shampooers, floor experts, and gardners.

Sebastian and I have surrounded ourselves with the best of the best in Real Estate, all for the benefit of our clients, and we are humbled to be presented with this award.

Thank you to all our clients and Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® for the recognition!
