Braved the rain today for the filled-pasta making class at SLT in Manhattan that came with a bunch of cooking accessories for recreating your own pasta at home. Fell in love with the pink display dishes at the front of the store and may have used my class discount to buy two shallow pasta bowls. Made pumpkin ravioli that was baked al forno with bechamel in a roasting dish and boiled artichoke ricotta ravioli that was dressed in a shallot butter white wine sauce alongside a butternut squash vinaigrette with arugula. Wish I had giant rolling tubs of sugar & flour. 👌🏻 🍴
