A drunk driver allegedly rammed his white Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara into a street vendor's cart near Murga Market in Ashok Vihar, North-West Delhi. When police inspector Somvir Lochab arrived at the spot to investigate, the driver reportedly attempted to bribe him to avoid legal action. However, the inspector refused to accept the money. The inspector also ensured that the street vendor received compensation for the damage caused to his cart. The incident highlights the importance of honesty and accountability among law enforcement officials. Driving under the influence of alcohol puts innocent lives at risk.
