🚨 Aesthetics matter, but results come first! 🚨

Just worked on this email marketing project with @relaxinsoles.tt that delivered 🔥 real results 🔥—but not because it just looked good.

It worked because I took the time to truly understand what the client needed, not just what they thought they wanted.

And trust me, that’s a lesson I had to learn the hard way… 🎰👀

Story time:

A few years ago, I worked on a project where the client thought they needed one thing… but actually needed something completely different.

🏆 The goal? Pack out their club.

✅ The result? We did EXACTLY that. Place was ram-packed every week. 🎉

🤨 The problem? The money wasn’t in the crowd… it was in the roulette table. 💰 But the wrong crowd meant no profits.

They didn’t tell us this upfront. We had to figure it out after they blamed us for “not doing our job.”

Lesson learned:

📌 Clients aren’t always honest with themselves about what they really want.
📌 If you don’t dig deeper and ask the right questions, you’ll end up solving the wrong problem—and getting blamed for it.
📌 If it walk like ah duck and talk like ah duck… 🦆 someone’s probably lying about their ducks being in a row.

That’s exactly why my latest project was a massive success. 🎯 Instead of just making things look good, I focused on what would actually move the needle. And guess what? It worked.

👉🏽 Have you ever had a client change the goalpost on you? Drop a 🔥 in the comments if you’ve been there!
