Feel like a quick lill reminder is in order so here it is!
I am performing sensuality, sexuality and nudity as a love letter and an art form. It's an important, empowering and political act for me, us as a community, and for the audience as a group.
I love to create, experiment, and share what I do. My communities are everything to me, I love getting inspired, learning, share love and connect within them. I love thinking and learning about performers and artists before me, who walked so I can run.
I am officially over 10 years deep into something I love to do; burlesque, performance art and dance. Me being in touch with my feminine values and creatively expressing myself regardless of how I do it is not an invitation.
What I do is not an invitation. Don't kiss and don't touch me when I'm performing or when I'm off stage. My body is my tool, not your tool. My body, my choice. I'm a person, not an object. Show respect, ask for consent and read the queues.
Respect your peers, respect artists, respect sex workers, respect women, respect trans people, respect lgbtqia+ people and respect bipoc.
Thanks for reading and free Palestine!
