Finally finished the Sun Valley condo. After searching high and low in the fall of 2023, I received a call that the perfect property hit the market and checked all the boxes (walking distance to gondola, 3 bedrooms, garage parking, hot tub). The catch? Because of the nature of the market, there was no time to view the property and an offer would have to be submitted site unseen. The other catch? It needed to be renovated. A good friend (thanks David) ran over to the property and sent a couple of video clips and confirmed it was a good buy.
We spent a few weeks that fall assembling an all-star team and began renovations early in 2024 (Allie at @allisonpaigedesign and my Trillium guys - Chris, Pierce, and Alec). There’s no way this place would be as beautiful as it is without you guys. As I always say, rest (and save) for a year and then start a new project. 🌴 🌺
