Not All Vitamin Cs Are Created Equal Not all vitamin C’s are created equal. When you’re dealing with chronic illness, acid reflux, Crohn’s, colitis, or an ulcer, and somebody hands you a vitamin C supplement that’s really acidic, and not buffered, it could be hard on your digestive system and you could have a bad reaction to it. People are told to take vitamin C, usually ascorbic acid, which is very acidic, without always considering how sensitive their digestive systems might be. That’s why I’ve been talking about the importance of choosing the right form of vitamin C for years: buffered vitamin C Vimergy Micro-C is the best Vitamin C on the market, hands down, in my opinion. It’s the right buffered form of vitamin C, and that’s one of the reasons I recommend it. Micro-C is also made without any natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, caking agents, or poor-quality fillers. It also has the added benefits of rose hips and other antioxidants. I’m honored to endorse Vimergy because I care about the quality of what people are putting into their bodies and Vimergy don’t compromise on their standards. Comment MICRO C below and I’ll send you more information on the immune-support tools and protocols that are so profoundly powerful.
STILL: a zombie survival game where the town doesn’t wait for you We’re building an isometric survival game set in a small southern Ukrainian town in the 90s–2000s. Think Project Zomboid, but the world keeps living whether you’re looking or not. Here’s what makes it different: No health bar. You have blood, measured in milliliters. Bullets travel through flesh, organs and arteries. A hit to the finger won’t kill you. A nicked artery will, unless you get a tourniquet on in time. Armor goes by real protection classes, and a helmet matters. A town of about a thousand real people. Every resident has a home, a job, a family and a place in the social ladder. A cop’s house is richer and has no vegetable garden, and the mayor has a big house with an orchard. They keep living their lives off-screen in one shared simulation, not just inside your view. Day Zero, hour by hour. Zombies show up at 8 a.m. At 4 p.m. the research institute’s lab is breached and something worse gets out. People flee by car, the checkpoint closes and the exit road jams. You live through the collapse instead of waking up after it. People fight to survive, not to die. In a gunfight, NPCs weigh their odds. Can we win? Is this worth dying for? They retreat, surrender or spare you. A gang doesn’t charge you like a horde. They remember what you did. Walk up covered in blood, or wearing a jacket that belongs to someone’s brother, and people react to it. Take over a house by killing the family inside and the neighbors will know. Weld your car into a weapon. What you build in the garage is physical. Pipes, sheets and spikes all count, and zombies get impaled on them, sometimes just parts of them and sometimes whole bodies. Failure teaches too. You get better at things by trying them, including when you mess up. It’s early, and we’re building it in the open. Follow along if you want to see a town fall apart one street at a time.
