#Clique, she says he missed a deadline. He says he wasn’t paid in full. So he whitewashed his work, and now she says it’s hurting her business. 👀 Penny Orren, owner of Trashy Treasures in Matlacha, Florida, says she ended the job after artist Yoslin Ofarril allegedly missed their agreed deadline. She claims the mural was only halfway finished. But looking at the artwork, halfway is a little hard to understand. His footage shows the raccoon in its diving helmet, plants, portholes and treasure chest already painted with plenty of detail. Some fish are still white, and even the bright daytime photo shown in the report has an uncolored fish. Ofarril says he only needed about two more days to finish the fish and add his signature. He admitted covering the mural in white paint, saying Orren hadn’t paid him in full. She says he also wrote “PAY ME” on the building. Now, Orren says people come in asking about the building instead of buying anything. She says she can’t clean it up until the investigation is complete and is ready to quit. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating, with damage estimated at $4,000 in an incident report. #Clique, does that mural look only halfway done to y’all? The house was very quiet and the fog, we are in November now, pressed against the windows like an excluded ghost. – E.M. Forster 🍂 In November, Fog and golden leaves compliment each other like ~ ☕️a warm mug of tea and a cold morning. 🧦Wool socks and chilly toes. 📖Firelight and a good book. 🧤A lost mitten and a garden fence. 🕯️Early darkness and a lit candle. Can add any more to the list? Here are 11 favourite moments from the 11th month, with a heavy emphasis on fog and golden leaves. I’ve included shots from a couple of years ago when it snowed in mid November ~ I think that snow and autumn leaves are one of the most beautiful combinations of them all! #november #countryside #nature #england #trees
