can’t quite put into words how thankful I am for this place and the people I have met along the way. when I decided I wanted to become a Bodyrok instructor nearly 2 years ago I had no idea all the positivity and happiness that would come with it. much love to all my bestie instructors, SA’s, clients and everyone ive forced to take a class 🫶🏻 now for 500 more times of me asking you to drop it two inches lower ;)
